Recent Vintage Finds

Hey Friends!

One of the things I have been missing is antiquing, especially with my best friend. I am hoping to get back out more by the spring/ summertime. Last weekend we met up at our favorite store for some socially distanced antiquing. Both of us found a few small treasures. For me, there is nothing more fun than spending the day hunting for treasure and finding a few pieces at a time to add to my growing collection. Recently it seems that I am really into collecting dishes and planters. I hope to find some fun vintage garden treasures this year.

I knew when I found this beautiful plate that I was going to want to use it right away so I brought it home and cleaned it. I then served myself a nice lunch from it. I will be back on later to show you how I have styled some of the other pieces for an Valentines look. Valentines day is not a holiday I usually go all out for but I miss when my mom used to decorate for it so this year I thought I would do something fun.
